Participants will learn how to make their own drink syrups in a variety of flavors\, and use those to create drink elements including a milk tea\, fruit tea\, and sparkling tea\, tapioca and popping boba\, flavored cold foams\, and even some fanciful homemade garnishes. \nCustomize your own drink and then mix up some unusual snacks with roasted bugs\, one of the most overlooked and most sustainable sources of protein! We can’t wait to welcome you for a wacky and delightful afternoon of kitchen experiments. \nAllergies/Dietary: We will have non-dairy milk options available. Those with shellfish allergies or who are vegan will not be able to eat the bug snacks.
